01 / Just Intonation

Tune the interval, not the compromise beneath it.

In Just Intonation mode, a pure fifth or third reads as in tune at the place your ear expects it to settle. Equal Temperament stays available; it simply stops being the only frame of reference.

02 / Presets

The tunings players actually bring to rehearsal.

Standard violin, E♭ scordatura, Biber A–E–A–E, Cross A, Sawmill, plus standard viola, cello, and double bass. These are first-class presets, not chores to rebuild by hand.

03 / Reference pitch

415, 440, 442 — choose the room before the first note.

Rosin treats reference pitch as part of the musical context, whether the work calls for baroque pitch, a modern orchestra, or something between them.

04 / Drone practice

Measure less. Listen longer.

Reference tones and drones span all twelve chromatic notes across octaves 2–5, so long-tone work can stay on the ear instead of collapsing into needle-watching.

Stand-readable

Large, high-contrast display legible while the instrument is still under the chin.

String-aware

Fast pitch detection tuned for bowed-string timbres and low-latency response.

Quiet by design

No novelty skin over a generic tuner; every control earns its place.

Rosin

Built for players who can hear when the tuner is listening differently than they are.
